BOOKING/ SCHEDULED APPOINTMENTS

When booking please choose the correct set and style you want and be sure to add in the correct information ( Name , Date , Time , Number). You will need 2 confirmations of your appt. Once you’ve booked online you will receive a confirmation from my scheduling site. Be sure to be deposit ready when booking as Deposits should be made on CashApp/ Apple Pay ONLY.

Once you’ve sent your deposit, PLEASE contact me via Text with your name and A confirmation your deposit has been sent, You will then receive a confirmation of your booking with the address ( If Needed) and my suite number.

I DO NOT BOOK IN 30 Minute Increments. PLEASE BOOK ACCORDINGLY ( 11:00am , 12:00pm , 1:00pm Etc. )

YOU MUST BOOK ATLEAST 24 Hours IN ADVANCE Or You Will Be Charged The Additional Last Min Fee of $20

EX : ( If You Schedule An Appt For 1pm The Following Day , The Appt Must Be Booked Before/ By 1pm The Day Prior)

LAST MINUTE OR SAME DAY APPTS Are An Additional $20 Fee and Should Be Sent With Your $21 Deposit.

I DO NOT Fill / Work Over Other Technician's Work. You MUST Have Them Removed For Your Own Benefit. Lash Removal with a Full Set Is Available For $25.

- A $21 NON-REFUNDABLE

Deposit is REQUIRED To Secure Your Appointment for Most Services. Deposits go toward your total balance. Deposits ARE TRANSFERABLE To Some Services. Deposits That Are Transferred Will ONLY Be Transferable To A Service Within The Same Month. ($1 Cashapp Fee Does Not go Toward The Service)

Consultations are Required for Microblading and Ombré Brows Please Contact Before Booking Sending A Deposit.

ALL DEPOSITS FOR ALL SERVICES AND LASH CLASSES MUST BE PAID WHEN BOOKING OR YOUR BOOKING WILL BE CANCELLED WITHIN 1 HOUR OF THE TIME YOU BOOKED.

NO APPOINTMENT WILL BE HELD WITHOUT A DEPOSIT .

MULTIPLE SERVICES REQUIRE A SEPARATE DEPOSIT.

Deposits Must Be Made Through CashApp/ ApplePay ONLY!

FULL SETS/ FILLS

- Refills Require A MINIMUM Of 50-75% Of Lash Extensions Remaining ON EACH EYE. Otherwise Your Set Will Be At Full Set Price Or The Monthly Special.

PLEASE NOTE: Fill-Ins are REQUIRED EVERY 2-3 Weeks.

•I SUGGEST your Fill-in Appointment Is Booked At Your Appt For Your Full Set.

- Please Arrive With NO Make-Up & Clean Lashes or You Will Need a Lash Bath And Will Have To Pay An Additional Fee for A Lash Bath.

LASH BATHS ARE REQUIRED/ INCLUDED WITH FILLS.

Lash Baths are REQUIRED and are an additional $15 if :

• You have lash extensions still on but don't have enough for a fill in.

•You arrive with makeup, glue and/or your lashes are not clean enough for the Lash Extension Application.

LATE FEES

$15 -$20

- Please Be Aware Of Your Travel Appointment Time.

You Will Have A 5 Min Grace Period.

At 10 Minutes You Will Be Charged The Late Fee Or Your Appt May Be Cancelled And Your Deposit Will Then Be Forfeited.

Deposit WILL NOT be transferable to another appointment or rescheduled appt if we have to reschedule because you are or would be late.

RESCHEDULING/ CANCELLATIONS

You are responsible for rescheduling or canceling your appointment. If you choose to cancel your appointment you will automatically lose your deposit. Rescheduling fees are $10 -$20 . Rescheduling fees will be needed to reschedule before book again. NO EXCEPTIONS. You MUST confirm and reschedule online.

NO CALL , NO SHOWS CANNOT BOOK AGAIN.

FOR PRECAUTION: Due To Covid and The Health Of Clients , Myself and Others EnteringThe Beauty Bar:

If You Are Sick, Have An Eye Infection, Stye or Irritated Eyes Etc .. DO NOT BOOK.
If You Have Already Booked And Notice You Are Now Sick, Have An Eye Infection or Stye Please Reschedule and Refer To The Rescheduling Policy Above.
If Anyone Around You Is Sick Or have Any Symptoms, Please Make Me Aware.
I WILL NOT SERVICE ANYONE WITH ANY SYMPTOMS. You will be asked to reschedule if I notice any symptoms.

-If you are sick please do not come in to the beauty bar. Temperature checks will become mandatory as well as sanitizing before coming into iLashAdoreLLC Beauty Bar and leaving out!

MASKS ARE REQUIRED.

Please contact me before coming to the shop as I will only allow 3-4 people in the shop.

Please allow extra time after each appointment to clean, disinfect and get set up for the next appt.

When Booking, You are Consenting To Your Pictures Being Taken and Possibly Posted On Social Media Platforms And Used For Promotional Purposes Only.
